The biggest social impact Bob Iger has had on the world today is creating studio conglomerates. The Walt Disney Studio was not nearly as big as it is today when Iger took over as CEO of the company. The number of big-name studios and franchises that those studios owned that were bought out by Bob Iger and Disney is very impressive.

The amount that Iger and Disney have also grown their parks to not only house more rides and thrills but also how they have expanded more parks across the globe that are known by everyone.

The impact through which has been created with franchises from Disney such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Star Wars franchise has shown how Iger's leadership has trickled down through the company to produce entertainment for people that is like no other. The impact of the first 10 Years of Marvel Studios is like no other, not only with creating a mass connection of movies and TV Series but also with the mass culmination of all of these events into two ginormous movies, with Avengers: Endgame being the highest grossing movie of all time.

Under Iger's leadership is also Lucasfilm and its major franchise, Star Wars, although the movies made with Disney and Lucasfilm, were not the most well-received by fans, the TV shows that have come have been hugely accepted and successful. Shows like Star Wars: Rebel, Clone Wars: The Final Season, Star Wars: The Bad Batch, Star Wars: Visions, and The Mandalorian have all been extremely successful. The Mandalorian even caught major press with the introduction of "Baby Yoda, or Grogu. Under Iger's leadership, they also got Dave Filoni to be in a leadership role at Lucasfilm, who knows more about Star Wars than anyone besides George Lucas.
